You’ll be talented and passionate about making a difference. You’ll have the ability to influence and empower. You’ll have the expertise to bring ideas to life. You’ll have the opportunity to lead on key HR initiatives with a focus on ER and OD. You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards it) with a minimum of 2 years of experience at HR Advisor level. You'll have good knowledge of current employment law and best practices in employee relations. Your knowledge will enable you to support and empower managers to manage their teams. In this role, no two days are the same and in being a part of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of different HR disciplines. In return, we can offer you the support of a full multi-professional team, access to a range of staff support services and the opportunity to be involved in developing new initiatives.
