Job OverviewHR Advisor – Wythenshawe – £35,000 – £40,000A prestigious firm based in the heart of Wythenshawe, close to bus, train, motorway, and local tram routes are seeking a proven HR Advisor to join their team. Providing an effective general advisory support service to the business Contribute to the smooth running of the HR department, providing HR advice on all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, employee relations and policy implementation in line with company practiceProviding HR advice and guidance to line managers on discipline, grievance, performance management and absence managementTo ensure the appropriate implementation of company policies, procedures and practices.Work closely with the payroll & department colleagues to maintain, communicate and ensure the effective running of the departments’ administration function.Play a key role in department ad-hoc projects The ideal candidate will have minimum level 5 or level 7 CIPD and solid Generalist HR advisory experience, be up-to-date in Employment law, HR policy and practice and be accustomed to maintaining a HR computerised database For further information about this opportunity please call Lisa at Forrest Recruitment for a confidential discussion – 0161 928 9268.
