Driving Success through Strategic HR Support As the HR Advisor, you will be working with the Senior HR Business Partner of Technology Services & Commercial and the HR Business Partner of Business Operations to ensure the delivery of timely and effective HR support across the business areas. Working closely with the wider HR team (Recruitment, Learning & Development and HR Services) to deliver and support the HR agenda. As a HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for: Supporting the delivery and implementation of people-related practices to meet business objectives Guiding and educating the line managers on HR policies and procedures Providing advice, coaching, and guidance on HR issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, and performance concerns Handling employee relations issues professionally, with a thorough understanding of UK employment law Managing standard employee matters, including flexible working requests and parental leave Building strong relationships with the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR strategies We'd love you to have Experience supporting line managers with HR issues and handling employee relations Passion for achieving business goals through people interventions Excellent communication skills and ability to gain trust at all levels within the organization Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills Courage to have tough conversations and resilience to remain calm in tricky situations Strong work ethic, high integrity, and understanding of maintaining confidentiality Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
