Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully-office based. Job Description Reporting to the global HR Director and working closely with the General Manager of a busy, growing manufacturing site in the UK, the role of HR Advisor will provide commercial support with all people matters, including but not limited to: Provide high quality advice and guidance to all stakeholders regarding HR matters Support the HR Director to continually review and improve HR policies and procedures Take responsibility for HR projects and initiatives at the UK site Take responsibility for all employee relations casework and ensure these are dealt with in a fair and timely manner Act as the point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Oversee employee performance and manage appraisals. Ensure compliance with UK employment laws.
