This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000, along with the benefit of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. In this Torfaen based role, you'll work full-time hours from Monday to Thursday, with a half-day on Friday. Joining an established and supportive team, this interim contract runs until March 2025. Key Responsibilities:
Managing and administering employee relations processes, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and sickness review meetings. Providing HR guidance and support during a busy change period. Delivering high-quality administrative and advisory support within tight deadlines. Collaborating with an experienced HR team to ensure operational efficiency.
As the HR Advisor, you will be a highly organised HR professional with proven experience in employee relations, including managing disciplinaries, grievances, and absence and sickness review meetings. With the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, you bring strong interpersonal skills and a solution-focused approach. You thrive under pressure and are available to start work immediately.
