Hoop Professional Services and HR are delighted to be supporting one of our valued clients with their search for an experienced HR Advisor. This is a full-time and permanent position, based on site in Newport that comes with a salary of £27,000 to £30,000 and 33 days of annual leave, plus many more great benefits. Management of HR system and administration. Advising managers with day-to-day HR issues that align with the company's culture, HR policies, and employment legislation. Support absence management, grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Work closely with HR projects, change initiatives, and performance appraisal processes. Conduct employee training and development initiatives. Manage the recruitment process, with a focus on job posting, shortlisting, and compliance. Deliver new employee inductions and support onboarding. Promote continuous improvement in HR systems and processes to meet compliance and ethical standards. Support employee engagement initiatives and provide administrative support to HR functions. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience as a HR Generalist. To be successful, you will have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law, and strong experience with Employee Relations decision making.
