Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on complex employee issues, including absence management, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Support the recruitment process by advertising job openings, reviewing applications, and screening candidates. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring HR systems and trackers are accurately updated. Maintain personnel records in compliance with GDPR guidelines. Draft correspondence for disciplinary matters, performance evaluations, and absence management, and assist managers in taking notes and finalising letters. Provide consistent, high-quality, and compliant HR services to employees at all levels. Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and welcome packs in a timely manner. Assist with the execution of HR projects and initiatives. Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required. Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all aspects of HR work. Candidates’ Skills and Experience:
Must have current/recent experience working as a HR advisor. Be educated to degree level or equivalent with a recognised HR qualification minimum CIPD Level 5. An understanding of the full HR employee lifecycle and of employment law, its application and best practice. Have experience using SAGE Payroll system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels in the organisation. Exceptional organizational skills. Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
