This HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (Change) role offers Hybrid working.
As HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (Change), you will:
Support the organisation and HR team with organisational change and restructure. Lead on ER casework and 121 consultation meetings. Conduct job evaluations. Advise managers on change processes to ensure colleague and union engagement and input. Support with updating people policies and procedures to ensure best practice. Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to ensure all processes are carried out effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain good relationships with Managers and colleagues in the organisation.
Experience required for the HR Advisor / HR Business Partner (Change) role:
Previous HR generalist experience at HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level. Employee Relations experience. Up to date knowledge of UK employment law. Ability to work confidentially.
