Key duties: Support across the payroll process, overseeing any changes and informing external providers of amendments. Updating any payroll changes including leavers and other documentation, ensuring the HRIS is updated. Involvement in numerous HR projects across the UK and Europe. Reporting on HR data and metrics, presenting to necessary stakeholders. Continual review of processes and policies to ensure they are in line with best practice and Employment Law. Acting as the main point of contact for benefit queries, escalating to Head of Payroll and Benefits where necessary. What is the company looking for? Experience overseeing payroll processes as part of an HR team is essential. Data-driven and systems savvy - act as a systems champion for the team! Experience supporting compensation and benefits is highly desirable.
