Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start to their KINTO journey Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives Supporting with employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement Answering queries and providing data insight e.g. regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, movers' reports Supporting the team with processes and checklists Checking the monthly payroll submission Maintaining the people related policies Joining projects teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
CIPD qualified desirable Previous HR Advisor experience Knowledge of current employment legislation Recruitment experience Experience of working within a busy and corporate company

Have good attention to detail Be pro-active Have excellent time management skills Have knowledge and understanding of how to deal with confidential issues
