HR Advisor (9 Month FTC)
Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Preston (Hybrid Working)
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking a confident and experienced HR professional to join a growing team as an HR Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive HR services supporting around 200 employees during an exciting period of growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage a variety of HR case work including welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Analyse data and report on trends to support managers in decision-making.
Ensure HR practices align with the company’s values and business objectives.
Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
Engage in activities that promote staff welfare and organisational culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven HR generalist experience, capable of managing diverse case work.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on trends and metrics.
Experience in handling welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or qualified by experience considered.
