What We’re Looking For: Experienced in Employee Relations

– Able to confidently handle employee relations issues. Coaching Approach

– Committed to guiding and supporting colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment. CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent)

– Essential for this role. Collaborative and Resourceful

– A team player who leverages resources effectively and communicates clearly to keep operations running smoothly. Passionate About BCHA’s Mission
