Job Description Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes Employee Relations including sickness, performance management, D&G. Coaching, guiding and upskilling Line Managers on ER matters Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documents Coordinating training and development programs Supporting the performance review process Responsible for organising and updating training matrix Ensuring compliance with employment law and industry regulations The Successful Applicant A successful HR Advisor should have: Currently be in an HR Assistant/HR Advisor role looking for either the next step or to add to HR development Knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law Experience in a generalist role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially CIPD qualification or the desire to study and develop Ambition and a keen interest in furthering an HR career in the long term What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of up to £33k 25 days AL + Bank Holidays 3 days per week minimum onsite - required onsite when business need Early finish on a Friday Pension 5% matched contribution Onsite car park Opportunity for funded CIPD qualification We encourage all qualified candidates who are ready to advance their career in the industrial/manufacturing sector to apply for this exciting opportunity as an HR Advisor.
