We are looking for an HR Advisor with TUPE experience and a strong generalist background. The role requires excellent administrative skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely transactional HR services, all within SLA requirements.
As the first point of contact, you will provide efficient and effective HR support to customers through various channels, including HRIS, telephone, email, and walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain workload and case trackers to enable the reporting of service performance and identification of improvements.
Ensure the HR Information System is accurately updated and transactions are processed in a timely fashion.
Ensure all correspondence and documentation produced is accurate and in accordance with approved templates.
Deliver routine scheduled activities.
Support line managers, employees and candidates in the effective use of self-service HR technologies.
Maintain understanding of up to date employment regulations, applicable laws and Company policy.
Key Requirements:
TUPE experience
Generalist experience and background
TUPE legislation experience or knowledge would be beneficial
Strong administrative skills
Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work at pace
