Your Role at a Glance
As our HR Advisor, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on HR support, taking ownership of: Transactional HR:
Efficiently managing the entire HR lifecycle for the Isle of Man, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data in our HR/Payroll system (COINS). You’ll compile HR metrics, such as employee headcount and turnover rates, into insightful monthly reports and board presentations, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to enhance workforce management. Additionally, you will support UKHB with their transactional HR or project tasks, contributing to a seamless HR operation across the business. Employee Relations:
Providing expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, disciplinary, grievance and conflict resolution. HR Policy & Compliance:
Keeping us ahead of the curve by ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and organisational standards. Performance & Development:
Supporting performance reviews, succession planning, career development plans, and training initiatives to unlock our team’s potential, while collaborating with the UK Learning and Development Manager to assess and develop effective learning and development strategies. Health & Well-being:

What You Bring to the Table Desirable Proven experience in HR within Construction, Property, or House Building sectors Essential CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it). A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results. Expertise in HR systems (COINS preferred) and a knack for turning HR data into actionable insights.
