This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a small HR team reporting into the Head of HR delivering an efficient, supporting HR service across the business.

Description
Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff.
Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
Managing HR systems and employee records.
Preparing payroll data/information.
Coordinating training and development initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
Travel to other sites as and when required.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working with managers.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, and preparation of payroll data.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Full clean driving licence and own car.
Job Offer
A competitive salary of £30-35k per annum.
