Job Overview
The HR Advisor is integral to the HR Team and delivers adaptive, timely and compliant advice across the entire employee lifecycle. Collaborating with colleagues across all functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team and supporting HR Business Partners, they will provide an outstanding advisory service across the group. Reinforcing the values and behaviours of Clarion and supporting ongoing investment in our people to deliver exceptional outcomes to our communities. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold the CIPD Level 5 qualification, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), substantial experience working in an HR environment, and sound knowledge of current employment legislation. Application Process
