The HR Advisor is integral to the HR Team and delivers adaptive, timely and compliant advice across the entire employee lifecycle. Collaborating with colleagues across all functions, working closely with the HR Administration Team and supporting HR Business Partners, they will provide an outstanding advisory service across the group, reinforcing the values and behaviours of Clarion and supporting ongoing investment in our people to deliver exceptional outcomes to our communities. Key Responsibilities

Provide HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Collaborate with HR Administration Team and HR Business Partners. Reinforce company values and support investment in employees. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold the CIPD Level 5 qualification, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and possess substantial experience working in an HR environment with sound knowledge of current employment legislation. Additional Information
