About the Role

Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build and develop the role and make a real impact to our business’s future success. Based in either Coventry, Leicester or Stockport, you will be the central point of contact for our Stockport Office (SK3 0EY) and provide a full range of HR support to your stakeholders, across the whole employee life cycle. You will also support with HR related administration and have the opportunity to work on some evolving business-critical HR projects. This position requires traveling to our Stockport office once every fortnight. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and compliance. Manage an employee relations (ER) case load, while working within SLA’s. Support managers in case work, assisting with the preparation of cases, supporting with note taking and advising on outcomes. Help to build and deliver best practice across the group to help to embed our HR ethos and values. Build the capacity of the HR self service system to aid monitoring of key dates and KPI’s. Help to drive the people process to ensure that our people are supported and developed. Support and develop wellbeing initiatives across the company. Assist with building and driving the company culture, ethics, and values. Ensure that policies and procedures are updated in line with legislation. Support the review, implementation, and management of company benefits. Deliver coaching and training to managers in matters relating to HR. Assist with inductions, onboarding, offer letters and new starter checks. About You

* Minimum 2 years experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. * CIPD Level 5 (HRM) qualified or working towards. * Experienced in HR support specifically within Employee Relations, sickness and absence management. * Open to travel to Stockport once every fortnight. * Approachable, diplomatic and a good mediator. * Excellent knowledge of HR policies, best practice and up to date employment legislation. * Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
