HR Advisor - West London
Position:
Full time permanent role
Organisation:
Large organisation with multiple sites in West London
Salary:
Up to £45,000 plus benefits including hybrid working after probationary period (2 days at home per week)
A large organisation based in the Shepherds Bush area is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Duties will include:
Employee relations - dealing with ER cases across three sites (including disciplinaries, grievance, performance management etc.)
Supporting line managers with HR advice and guidance
Supporting HR projects
HR reporting and database management
Attending meetings
Supporting with L&D activities
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience:
Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant HR Advisor / ER Advisor experience
Strong knowledge across ER including absence management, performance management etc.
Knowledge of up to date employment law
Experience of working with unions would be seen as highly advantageous
Experience in HR reporting with strong organisational skills
