Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional advice and guidance, managing employee relations cases, coaching and mentoring and dealing with day to day queries. You will be involved in the following: HR Generalist Employee Relations Strategy Stakeholder Management Policies and Processes Recruitment Ad-hoc Projects You will need the following experience: Ideally CIPD Qualified or studying for qualification Proven experience as HR Advisor/Business Partner Knowledge of HR functions and systems (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary/grievance procedures In return they offer a salary of £40-45k plus a good benefits package.
