SET currently consists of 9 secondary schools and 11 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils. The schools range in size from the largest state boarding school in the UK, to several very small, rural schools and they all share the belief that high quality education is broad ranging and embraces strong extra-curricular provision and an expectation that all pupils can and should achieve. The Role They are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the HR Director & Assistant HR Director in the delivery of change programmes, restructuring and case management across the schools in the Trust. Skills and Qualifications Experience in employee relations. CIPD Level 5 Qualified or working towards this level. Full driving license enabling travel to all of the schools. Experience in managing casework such as disciplinaries and grievances. Looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced and rewarding sector. Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
