Within the Group HR Department of the Global Office, reporting to the Head of HR Controlling and Analytics, you actively participate in the management of HR Data for Allianz Partners Group. You are key to contribute to ensure accuracy on FTE tracking, HR costs controlling, Group HR Metrics, and to promote relevant KPIs and people dashboards. Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

Assist in building descriptive and predictive analyses that support decision-making for various stakeholders. Leverage predictive models to forecast key HR outcomes, such as attrition risk, hiring needs, and performance trends. Monthly comprehensive reports back to the relevant members of the business and BoM to build awareness on global/local situations, with story line on variances and forecast assumptions. Apply data problem solving skills to design and implement accurate Advanced Analytics solutions from concept to launch.

HR Metrics:

Setting, tracking and reporting quarterly on key HR metrics to create powerful insights to support business and Board of Management. Prepare Metrics and ad hoc reports requested by Group or AzP BoM.

HR Costs Reporting/Controlling:

Central budget governance to ensure adequate monitoring of HR costs. Strategic review on the spending / savings.

FTE Reporting/Controlling:

Supporting business with relevant FTE tracking and FTE controlling to ensure accuracy of functional structure and alignment to targets. Central cost center governance jointly with Finance and Group Functional Heads to ensure compliance to TOM (handbook rules, process review, standard hierarchy…). Identify available Data, align on standards and definitions, combine and transform data to support Business. Create data norms, build data quality on all key HR datapoints (managers, cost centers…).

Active contribution to the:

C&A community, and best practice sharing with regional C&A roles. Management of analytics tools (SFA, Qlikview, etc).

What you bring

Business School / University Degree in HR / finance / management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/ Data Management/ Finance /Analytics. Good understanding of technical subjects, including IT and project management. Expertise in statistical analysis, complex database management, and advanced analysis tools. Strong visualisation skills and ability to clearly and concisely present analytical findings with recommendations. Take ownership of tasks and seeks to continuously improve manual processes. Good interpersonal skills, in a multicultural environment, ability to work effectively within a team environment. Autonomy, confidentiality, honesty, Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner with stakeholders. Serving as a trusted advisor. Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required. MS Office skills, Qlikview is a plus. What we offer
