£27,500 – £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Type:

Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA). Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET etc.) Must hold the competency to deliver HR at Level 3. Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in any of the following vocations: HR; Customer Service; Business Administration; Leadership and Management; Project Management; Marketing; Digital Skills; Financial Services. Must hold own Level 3 in a relevant vocation. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties include: Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in HR and Professional/Business Services sectors; Customer Service, Administration, Leadership, Hospitality, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing, Digital and Financial Services. Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
