Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, e.g., employment contracts and offer letters Revise company policies Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation Create reports as required on HR-related issues Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, including the processing of DBS checks Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, equipment retrieval, and finalizing paperwork Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and changes in work schedules) Participate in HR projects (e.g., new ways of recruitment, organizing a job fair event) Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software Ability to ensure employment laws are adhered to Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills Management Support Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Management Team on a variety of issues in a timely manner Attend Management meetings and record accurate minutes, ensuring key decisions and action items are documented Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials in advance Organize and maintain meeting minutes and related documentation for reference Management Support Requirements
