HR and Payroll Administrator
Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Northampton
Job Description
You will be responsible for: Actioning the recruitment process using job boards, liaising with agencies, right to work check and trial days. Assisting with onboarding, inductions, payroll and any changes within the business. Maintaining the site's time and attendance system, including setting up new colleagues to the system. Conducting investigations and data for disciplinary hearings. Absence management and completing return to works. Assisting with payroll by preparing employee data, starters, leavers and contractual changes. Being the main point of contact for any HR related queries including benefits and holiday bookings.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience within a HR administrative position. Familiarity with payroll processes. Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
