As our next HR Assistant you will be passionate about a career in HR and enjoy building strong relationships bringing a positive, collaborative and people-centric approach to your work.

As part of a small on-site HR Team, you’ll be responsible for managing all administrative processes to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate notification to our shared services and payroll teams. Acting as a first point of contact for our colleagues, you’ll address HR related queries effectively and efficiently.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be approachable, organised, and proactive, with high attention to detail; an ability to maintain a high level of discretion is paramount. You'll work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team, taking initiative without needing constant direction. You’ll have great collaboration and communication skills which will support your involvement in engagement activities, recruitment, and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for personal growth and development.

This role will require you to be on site Monday to Friday, however we can offer some flexibility in respect of your core working hours to provide you with a healthy work-life balance.

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High level of literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • A keen interest in a HR career.
