We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR Manager in supporting the HR function. This role is temporary and will be in place until October 2024.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate interviews for candidates, including scheduling, sending invitations, and organising interview rooms. 2. Facilitate staff inductions by preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments. 3. Provide information to Group (ANZ) regarding people changes and information requests 4. Support basic IT requests from staff, including troubleshooting minor technical issues and facilitating access to resources. 5. Compile data and reports for various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. 6. Participate in the Culture Council meetings, contributing ideas and insights to promote a positive workplace culture. 7. Organize small-scale staff events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and social gatherings. 8. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a HR environment. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and email systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
