Although this is predominantly a working from home role, a driving licence is essential, as you would be required to: Attend a once fortnightly HR Team Day in their office in Deal. Realistically, live within 45 minutes to an hour from each of their sites mentioned above for any occasional/ad hoc site meetings as and when required. The role is considered ideal for someone with a recruitment background as the HR Assistant will play a key role in providing an efficient and responsive HR service to the organisation, with an emphasis on recruitment, i.e., liaising with recruitment agencies currently on their preferred agency supplier list, combined with general HR administrative duties, including maintaining HR files, advertising vacancies, supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, and taking notes at any disciplinary meetings. Essential/Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
CIPD level 3 Any experience using HR system Any experience working within a hospital/related environment Driving licence and own transport Proven experience working within a busy HR or recruitment environment Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook Ability to take notes at formal meetings Proven experience of assisting with recruitment Able to maintain strict levels of confidentiality Able to work under pressure Excellent customer service capabilities Maths and English Grade C or above GCSE Please note we are happy to consider applicants from outside a healthcare environment providing you meet ALL the essential criteria mentioned above.
