About the role HR ASSISTANT At Miller Homes, we are building homes in a way that allows us to create better places for people to belong, better homes for customers, and better communities for nature to prosper. We are also creating a better working environment for our people. We are looking to recruit a HR Assistant into our HR Department based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will assist the Heads of HR in all aspects of the employee life cycle and provide first line advice and guidance to the business. They will maintain accurate HR information, including the entry and verification of data onto the HR system, ensuring the information is accurate and timely. There will also be opportunities to be involved in projects and research. Essential qualifications include: Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated administrative skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality and tact when dealing with sensitive matters.
