Job Title - HR Assistant
Location & flexibility - Swindon - onsite - Part time
Salary - FTE equivalent of £30K, actual salary for 27.5 hours will be £20,625
About the Job -
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support across a full range of HR activities including the full employee life cycle, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to and assist with HR projects.
These requirements necessitate a flexible and adaptive working approach, whilst promoting a positive workplace culture. The post holder will need to be a good communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style in given situations, with experienced in the management of HR systems and digital filing.
About you
- HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
- Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks including and general HR administration.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed to agreed schedule and standards.
- Able to work under pressure, to strict deadlines & on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships, work collaboratively and influence others in order to achieve objectives.
