Experience of the public sector or local government is not essential. You will need to be a confident, self-starter, able to quickly build rapport with senior managers and find solutions to barriers to get the job done. 37 Hours – Flexible scheme allows the worker to choose start and end times as long as it equates to 37 hours. Operating hours: 7am to 5.30pm – Monday to Friday. Ideally, we need someone as soon as possible. 60-70% in office. Potentially could turn to perm.
