Job Title: HR Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick/London/Bristol (as and when required in the office)

Salary: £600-£650 per day via Umbrella

Are you passionate about transforming HR processes and enhancing employee experiences? Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Business Analyst to join their People Function team! This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner in a vibrant environment, working closely with key stakeholders to bridge the gap between HR operations and business needs.

What You'll Do:

Analysis and Reporting:

Collecting and interpreting HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and preparing insightful reports and dashboards. Process Improvement:

Evaluating and enhancing existing HR processes, partnering with leaders to streamline workflows, and developing clear documentation for new processes. Technology and Systems Support:

Serving as a subject matter expert on HR systems, collaborating with technology teams to implement and maintain effective solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engaging with various HR leaders and teams to align strategies and communicate insights effectively. Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensuring HR processes comply with regulations and identifying risks to propose effective mitigation strategies.

What You Bring: Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, with advanced skills in IBM Blueworks for process mapping. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and a self-starter attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma). Knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws. Professional HR or Business Analyst certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CBAP) are a plus!
