The HR Business Partner will provide HR advice and guidance to the senior leadership team on all HR matters and handle complex casework involving performance, attendance, and employee relations. You will lead the development of all internal HR policies, contracts, and procedures, and collaborate with the CEO on the HR strategy to foster a culture centered on wellbeing, belonging, and inclusion. What We Are Looking For
Our client seeks a proven HR Generalist with a strong background across the full generalist remit. You should have experience leading a people strategy and managing complex employee relations work. You will need to be in the York office once a week to collaborate with the team and support the CEO. Building strong internal relationships with the employee workforce and trade unions is imperative.
