Great opportunity for a proven HR Business Partner to work for this well known organisation in Hatfield on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will support teams across the globe and be involved in the following:-
- Support in the execution of the Business Strategy through developing people strategies and initiatives
- Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Senior Executives
- Lead and champion the implementation of organisational changes
- Advise senior leadership of all aspects of people management and the employee life-cycle
- Support key talent acquisition programmes
- Implement and lead Leadership and Development programmes.
You will need the following experience:-
- A demonstrable background as a HR Business Partner
- Have proven hands-on attitude
- Experience of working with a commercial focus
- Experience of running significant programmes across several people strategies covering Change Management through to D&I
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience of working in a global organisation
