The roleReporting to the Head of People you will be a forward thinking HR Business Partner who provide a first-class service to the organisation. To ensure the HR Strategy and it's underpinning operational deliverables are delivered across the business efficiently and that our stakeholders are engaged with.This will include, but is not limited to management of employee relations, organisation change and OD activities, HR data, upskilling and coaching managers, organisational effectiveness and building future capabilities.
