Interim HR Business Partner Interim HRBP looking after the Control Functions such as Technology and Operations or within the Front Office Length: 12 months (Jan or Feb start) Day rate: paying up to £700/day potentially negotiable City of London Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 at home Oakleaf Partnership is representing a global, diverse Bank with strong values and culture. This organisation is looking for two interim HRBP’s to cover two different business areas. You will either be looking after the control functions, such as technology and operations, or within the Front Office. These roles are integral to the EMEA HR Business Partner team, providing essential HR support to one of the regional lines of business teams. The candidate will be instrumental in delivering core HR processes such as performance management, compensation, talent management, and promotions. What is the role You will be acting as a trusted advisor offering coaching and support to leadership teams and senior business leaders. You will get involved in the entire employee life cycle, working closely with the business to drive the HR strategy, business performance, people capability and engagement as well as managing complex HR issues. You will support, coach, advise, and influence business leaders to increase engagement and performance. You will be responsible for mitigating operational risk, talent management, succession planning, and developing diverse talent. You will drive the annual salary and bonus review, preparing MI reports and providing analysis and insights as required. Candidate profile/Experience To apply you must have extensive HRBP experience within matrix Banking or Financial Services Organisations Ideally looking for experience working in technology, operations, or control functions or the Front Office Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills, and strong decision-making skills Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of employment law Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
