Deliver all aspects of HR including Employee Relations & Engagement, Absence Management, Performance Evaluation & Improvements Provide insights and guidance on all HR-related matters Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes, implementing changes to improve efficiency and compliance Coach Managers on Policies and Procedures through procedure training Advise line managers and staff on best practices, policies, procedures and new legislation Conduct disciplinary investigations with thorough documentation and diplomatic handling, ensuring compliance and fairness Attend performance appraisals with Managers Manage internal and external events Handle Diary Management of all staff appraisals What you bring:
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification Experience as a mental health practitioner Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and legislation Ability to conduct disciplinary investigations with thorough documentation and diplomatic handling Experience in managing internal and external events What sets this company apart:
