Your responsibilities will include: Reporting into Head of HR, but having full accountability for HR across your division. Partnering with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Driving workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Supporting leadership within the division to drive performance and increase profitability. Supporting culture and engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Providing expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Overseeing the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes. Leading HR projects, such as policy updates, wellbeing programs, and diversity initiatives. The Successful Applicant Proven HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
