Meridian Business Support has a fantastic opportunity for a Band 7 HR Business Partner in the Cambridgeshire and Huntingdon region working on a hybrid basis for a temporary role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to contribute to a forward-thinking healthcare organisation committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the Trust, providing strategic HR advice and guidance. Drive people-focused initiatives aligned with organisational goals. Support workforce planning, organisational development, and change management processes. Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and Trust policies. Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of the Trust.

About You:

Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, ideally within the NHS or public sector. Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is essential.
