You will be joining them as they implement their People & Culture strategy and support wider initiatives driving their engagement and wellbeing agenda. The People and Culture team is key to the successful development and implementation of people work streams, building on the team's achievements over an extensive period. They can offer flexibility to the ideal candidate, with a role available as either a People and Culture Manager or an HRBP Engagement role. Those interested in the Manager role will have the opportunity to build on their leadership and management of colleagues and demonstrate impact in a private or public sector environment. Alternatively, the HRBP Engagement role is available for those with a passion to deliver projects and initiatives focused on engagement and wellbeing, supporting colleagues to thrive.
