We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner Case Management. Could you be who we are looking for? Working within the Case Management Team in the HR Department, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and advising on absence management, grievance, and linked complex cases. You will undertake a subject matter expert role regarding police medical retirement, medical appeals, and IOD awards. The Role:

Providing advice and guidance on escalated, varied, and complex issues relating to your area of work. Contributing to the identification, proposal, and implementation of developments and improvements to the area, unit, or project for the mutual benefit of the force and customers. Identifying and seeking approval for the deployment of suitable resources for the subject area or project to deliver its objectives. Researching, reviewing, and drafting policies. Ensuring the unit meets its obligations regarding Health & Safety and escalating serious problems. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policy guidelines. Identifying risks, measuring impact, and providing advice on findings. Your Experience:

You must have MCIPD or a level 7 diploma in Human Resource Management and be working toward achieving chartered status within the next 12 months. You will have experience of advising, negotiating, and influencing on complex case management issues. You will have sufficient HR experience to deliver a professional HR service, particularly in the areas of discipline, conflict resolution, attendance management, recruitment and selection, and policy creation. You will be experienced in change management, with a sound understanding of employment legislation. Ideally, you will have experience of case management systems. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
