This is a truly exciting opportunity to be joining the People team at the UK's largest Gym chain, PureGym, as they embark on the next phase of their growth journey. Please note that due to the pace of this growth and upcoming projects, we are looking for candidates who are either immediately available to join PureGym or on a very short notice period.

As the HR Project Manager you will you will be responsible for shaping and delivering HR change initiatives. You will also be the driving force behind Pure Gyms change projects, helping the business through consultation and as the subject matter in this space will also lead on the execution, ensuring managers are equipped all the way with the right tools and behaviours.

The core projects in this role will be both complex and highly interesting and will involve key elements of restructuring, organisational redesign, transformation, talent and engagement.

Key responsibilities include;

Acting as a change agent, ensuring consistency of approach across all of the organisation's change programmes.

Translating business requirements into effective HR initiatives and practices across directorates, ensuring alignment to organisational objectives.

Providing strategic and day to day leadership for the delivery of key initiatives.

Defining and tracking programme success, rolling evaluation and improvement.

Skills Required The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be an individual who both loves what they do but also has a solid track record of success. You will either come from a Change Manager role or a HR Business Partner having led projects in this area. Influencing through credibility and navigating a complex organisation are critical in leading these projects.

You will be agile, able to cut through and action orientated teamed with high likability. Amazing communication and relationship building skills are assumed.
