Reporting to the Chief People Officer and a member of the senior HR leadership team, this is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner, Commercial to provide strategic people leadership and input to the Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer and their team, as they pursue an exciting and transformational agenda for their function and for the broader business. The successful candidate will help drive organisation effectiveness and employee engagement, including strong talent management practices and the ongoing development of leadership capability. They will contribute to operational excellence by championing a performance-based culture that is adaptive to a fast-changing environment with ambitious and evolving growth plans. Candidates for this role will enjoy getting close to the operational aspects, the financials, and the competitive landscape of the business to make informed decisions around people issues. They will be expert in managing and facilitating organisational change and possess strong influencing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have partnered extensively with different functional teams including sales, preferably including a B2B environment and may even have worked in a non-HR role prior to moving into HR.
