Job Type: Full-time Location: Kent Reed HR have partnered with an exciting organisation in Kent who are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in aligning the HR strategies with the business objectives. This strategic position involves leading initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent, serving as a trusted advisor to management. Day to Day of the Role:

Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organisational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and provide regular reporting. Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR-specific projects. Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site. Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk. Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture. Support organisational change initiatives and work with senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns. Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent and support annual compensation planning. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. Proficient in HR software and tools. Benefits:
