Iconic Resourcing HR is partnering with a forward-thinking client in the Technology sector to find an innovative and adaptable HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-moving, changeable environment. In this role, you’ll execute a progressive people strategy aligned with dynamic business goals, driving high performance and a positive employee experience.


Day to Day, You Will:

  • Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions that support performance and organisational effectiveness in a quickly evolving landscape.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace challenges with fairness and consistency to foster a supportive and inclusive culture.
  • Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices while navigating change as it arises, adjusting approaches to best meet emerging needs.
  • Offer support on employment law and risk management to help the business mitigate legal concerns.
  • Support the organisation in managing transitions, such as organisational restructuring or culture shifts, bringing an agile and solution-focused mindset.
  • Advise on compensation, promotions, and benefits administration with a balanced approach that supports both employee satisfaction and business goals.
  • Leverage metrics to provide insights on workforce trends, employee turnover, and retention, enabling data-driven decisions in a high-paced setting.


About You:

  • We are keen to connect with HR professionals who have experience at a similar level, with a focus on Business Partnering.
  • You bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships at all levels and an ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • You will be an effective problem solver who takes a data-driven approach to decision-making and is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a lively, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and innovation.
