Human Resources Business Partner

to join our dynamic team, working alongside HR professionals who are passionate about delivering an excellent service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR services to successfully deliver our People strategy, providing expert guidance and support to managers and staff, and helping to shape a positive workplace culture. You will have a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification (or be working towards it) and proven experience in a similar HR or training role. You should possess strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build relationships at all levels. Being organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within an organisation dedicated to continuous improvement, staff development, and employee well-being.
