We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join our UK HR team, supporting UK-based Partners and managers as they grow and develop their teams. How you will create impact: Work with Partners and managers to support the business as it grows and evolves in our local market across a wide range of HR issues. Build working relationships with a cross-section of our UK people managers at all levels through to Partner. Deal with reactive issues-based work, performance development and management, country-specific HR projects, and support our Global HR Centres of Excellence colleagues on the country-based deployment of their work. Develop our policies and approaches within global company frameworks while complying with local law. Support and nurture our exceptional staff, delivering at their pace and sharing their positive outlook on what is possible. Work closely with the HR lead for the UK across different areas of HR delivery. Be flexible on the task mix day to day and week to week as part of a small team. Your profile: Chartered Member of CIPD. 3+ years’ experience advising and supporting people managers across a range of issues, including senior level managers, demonstrating strong communication skills. HR experience gained within professional services, or a clear narrative on why you want to move into this industry. Positive approach to working in a varied role, adapting to meet business needs. Good knowledge of UK employment laws and their real-life and policy applications. Experience of successful project delivery within HR, either as a project team member or as a manager/lead. Good skills with MS Office/Teams, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with HR systems, including developing practical workarounds where needed. Experience supporting managers working with early career hires is a positive. What we offer:
