Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage compensation and benefits including payroll. Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Manage company ERP system and recruitment tools. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Key Accountabilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise the employment of new employees. Design and keep all HR related policies, processes, procedures up to date. Monitor employee performance records to identify scope of improvement. Shape and maintain a positive organization culture. Requirements
Qualifications
Degree educated preferred not essential. Pragmatic and considered approach with strong attention to detail. Ideally experience of operating in the defense / aerospace sector or within a company with a strong emphasis on the highest corporate governance and compliance standards. 5 years plus experience and understanding of HR fundamentals.
