What You’ll Bring: A solid background in HR or a related field, with experience influencing senior management and critical stakeholders. Strong expertise in Employee Relations, TUPE, and recruitment, with comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law. A consultative, solution-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple priorities and driving business change. Passion for leadership development, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. What We’re Looking For: Education:
BA (Hons) Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable. Experience:
